Goals
My goals are very much personal to me and not based on any medical advice if you are thinking of doing something similar I would advise picking goals that mean something to you.
I have set myself a deadline of 01st June 2012 to achieve these goals which gives me around 5 full months
1. Lose 4 stone
2. Run a 10Km
3. Fit into a “Large” T-Shirt (I am currently XL or XXL)
