Well here we go again,back to logging everything.
I went to the Gym this morning and ran 2.32km in 22 minutes but gave up due to the running machine suddenly feeling very unsafe, hard to explain but just know I wouldn’t have given up with only one more 45 second run and a warm down without feeling unsafe. Either way the run was a pretty good one for only 22 minutes.
I havn’t had anything to eat yet but I am determined to drink lots of water and get my metabolism going.
I’ll grab a Nutrigrain / coffee and a water and get this day started
18st 11lb – Need to focus this week and the weeks goal has to be 18st 7lb (-4lb)
