Well today is a good day weighed in at 18st 9.5lb which represents a good loss which I wasn’t expecting, lets hope I can keep it up when I am off to London tonight :)

No gym today and nothing else of great value to add.

Day 10

Mar 05

Well here we go again,back to logging everything.

I went to the Gym this morning and ran 2.32km in 22 minutes but gave up due to the running machine suddenly feeling very unsafe, hard to explain but just know I wouldn’t have given up with only one more 45 second run and a warm down without feeling unsafe. Either way the run was a pretty good one for only 22 minutes.

I havn’t had anything to eat yet but I am determined to drink lots of water and get my metabolism going.

I’ll grab a Nutrigrain / coffee and a water and get this day started :)

18st 11lb – Need to focus this week and the weeks goal has to be 18st 7lb (-4lb)

Day 6

Mar 01

Today I woke up and for the second day, I managed to get to the gym, I will start to update my food, gym and all that jazz as of monday but for now I will say I am 18st 11lb and am hoping to have lost a few more by the start of next week, I have to see a real loss by 19th March otherwise it’s not going to be good.

Day 1 (again?)

Feb 24

OK so it’s been a tough month and along with my previous post (a couple of days ago) I am ready to get back on it.

I have been weighing myself the last few days and it went like this

22nd Feb – 19st 2lb
23rd Feb – 18st 13lb
24th Feb – 18st 12lb

I have also given up alcohol for Lent so I am hoping for a big loss over the next 40 days.

Back on the game

Well in the last month Amys mum died, this had an effect on the positive progress I was making however, I am back on it as of tomorrow, I will be joining my local gym and will be setting off on a 8 week regime. More details will follow as I am currently in London town.

Day 23

Jan 24

Woke up pretty early this morning and I am in a good mood despite stepping on the scales at 18st 9.2lb an amazing 2lb above yesterday but I guess that’s just the weekend coming back to haunt me. I will be working extra hard this week to get down to 18st 3lb which would put me at a stone loss in 4 weeks, which isn’t so bad.
